Acronis True Image 10 Personal Edition is available for free directly from the maker itself.  Simply register here and you will get an e-mail with a serial number, along with a link that takes you to Acronis website.  After that, log in using the e-mail you used to register and download Acronis True Image 10 Personal Edition by clicking on Registered Product on the left navigation bar.  Here is a screenshot for your reference.  This is a very popular program for performing regular backups.
