1. Place your order online as usual without the coupon code.  Please make sure Sharpie products in your order add up to $25 or more.
2. Select delivery to a local Staples store for pickup to save on shipping.
3. Call Staples after placing your online order to get your $25 credit.  The normal Staples toll-free number currently has a long wait time.  Use this number to reach customer service quickly instead:
   1-800-891-0195.
4. As an example, after the $25 credit, this order of Sharpie products will be only $0.56.

We have confirmed with Staples that the orders will be properly processed with the steps described above.  Staples itself has an announcement about how to handle the discount when you call their regular toll-free number as well.
