Get Trend Micro Internet Security 2010 with a 1-Year Subscription for free through this link.  Click the link on the right as shown here to get started.  Select Install a free trial version during the installation and activate the program by entering your e-mail address.  As usual, you might want to use a secondary e-mail address instead of your primary one.  This program detects and removes viruses, spyware, and other malicious threats from computer, email, instant messages, and downloads.  Note that this is offered directly by Trend Micro itself.
