Get 70% off at Restaurant.com with coupon code LUCKY.  Here is a screenshot for your reference.  They sell $25 gift certificates for $10 each.  After 70% off, a $25 gift certificate can now be purchased for $3.  There are also $10 certificates for some restaurants at just $4, making them $1.20 each after the same coupon code.  Be sure to read the rules and fine print of the certificates as each restaurant is different.
